Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To easily obtain a pulverulent product having good industrial properties by dispersing a core substance in an aqueous solution of amylose or in a starch with amylose component, spraying the dispersion liquid using hydrophobic silica as an auxiliary and drying. CONSTITUTION: To disperse a core substance (example, medicine) in an aqueous solution of amylose or in a starch with amylose component of more than 40 wt.% as a layer forming polymer for obtaining protective covering layer using hydrophobic silica as an auxiliary. To spray this dispersion liquid and dry thus sprayed particle. Consequently it is possible to obtain a pulverulent product which is easily available industrially and has good industrial properties than those manufactured by conventional method so far described.
