PLANE HEATER

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacturing processes, improve productivity and enhance quality without loosing the soft touch of a surface cloth by enhancing the permeability of adhesive by the use of a water reacting type adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A heater integrated base material 2 having a heater wire 4 laid on a water permeable core cloth 3 is placed on a heat insulating material 1, a water reacting type adhesive 7 is applied thereon, and water is applied to the reverse side of a surface cloth 5 and put on the base material 2 to penetrate the adhesive to the surface of the heat insulating material 1 through the core cloth 3. This is pressed to adhere the surface cloth 5 to the heat insulating material 1, including the heater integrated base material 2. Since heating is not required at pressing, and one adhesive layer is sufficient, thus, a lighter weight and an improvement in convenience can be attained without loosing the soft touch of the surface cloth, and the manufacturing process can be minimized to provide a plane heater provided highly efficiently from the viewpoint of time and cost.
