Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To stably destaticize without increasing the cost of a device by a simple configuration by decreasing influence of the developer falling down from a developing part and to decrease sticking of a carrier to a photosensitive body from a pre-transfer destaticizer. CONSTITUTION:The pre-transfer destaticizer 105 is constituted of a destaticizing wire 105a, a casing 105b surrounding the destaticizing wire 105a and having an edge part 105c formed with a non-magnetic body, and a container 105e housing the developer falling down from holes 105d provided on the bottom part of the casing 105b and being attached to the casing 105b attachably and detachably.
