An amount of fuel used in the burner 20 is controlled according to the moving speed of the pallet 11 such that a fuel feed amount per a unit area of the pallet 11 is adjusted to a constant value and from the amount of used fuel, the angle and the height of the burner 20 are controlled based on the relation.
