Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To protect a compressor from refrigerant leakage by detecting refrigerant leakage based on the superheat of discharged refrigerant gas temperature. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 13 computes the superheat of discharged refrigerant gas temperature based on each sensor signal transmitted from a discharged refrigerant gas pressure 11 and a discharged refrigerant gas temperature sensor 10 and compares the detected values with setting values so as to determine if the superheat exceeds the setting values or not. In the case when the superheat exceeds the setting values, a control relay 15 is energized and its relay contact 16 is opened, thereby cutting the power supply to a compressor 9 by way of a relay contact 8 of a compressor relay.
