PIPING METHOD AND PIPING STRUCTURE FOR REFRIGERANT PIPE FOR AIR-CONDITIONER IN UNIT BUILDING

PURPOSE:To obtain the piping method and structure of refrigerant pipes for air-conditioner in a unit building, which are capable of piping the refrigerant pipes easily and efficiently while reducing the cost of piping. CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant pipes 3A, 3B are mounted on respective building units 10, 20, which constitute a unit building 1, at a factory while the terminals of respective refrigerant pipes 3A, 3B are connected upon assembling respective building units 10, 20 at the site of construction. Only the connecting work of refrigerant pipes 3A, 3B is enough at site and it is not necessary to penetrate refrigerant pipes through guide tubes as in a traditional method whereby workability is improved and piping can be effected easily and efficiently. Costs, corresponding to the cost of the unnecessitated guide tubes, can be reduced while the guide tube mounting work is eliminated in the factory whereby the workability can be improved.
