Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent local deformation and defect of an anchor caused by buckling of a side liner plate after introduction of prestress. CONSTITUTION:Separator cones 9 comprising boss parts 10 and screw bars 12 are fixed to the outer surface of a liner plate 5 for a side wall by welding the boss parts 10. The liner plate 5 for a side wall is arranged on the outer circumference of the foundation base plate 1a, facing an outer formwork 7. The point of the screw bar 12 of the separator cone 9 is positioned and supported by an outer template 7. Concrete is placed in a concrete placement space S between the liner plate 5 for a side wall and the outer formwork 7 so as to construct a side wall (a dike) 1b at the same time the liner plate 5 for a side wall is anchored to the side wall 1b through the separator cones 9.
