Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To radiate light to an index without providing a light source inside an operation part of a dial knob by composing a device in such a way that light from a light source provided in a base through a light transmission part in a display panel into the dial knob operation part, and that this light is guided to an index part directly or after it is reflected at an installation part. CONSTITUTION:Radiation light from a light source 12 goes through a first light transmission part 22c in a display panel 20 to be guided into an operation part 31 of a dial knob 30C, this light is directly guided to an index part 33a, it is reflected at a circumferential surface of an installation part 33A of the dial knob 30C, it is emitted to the inside of a vehicle cabin from the index part 33a, and the index part 33a is lighted. Light from the light transmission part 22C is shielded by a shielding part, so excessive light is not radiated to the vehicle cabin side.
