Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide the subject picking solution capable of promoting the metabolism, supplying the calcium deficiency and simultaneously exhibiting various actions such as sterilizing, stomachic, intestinal function controlling and hepatic protecting actions by using a UME (plum) vinegar prepared by extracting active ingredients of UME fruits. CONSTITUTION:The objective pickling solution is obtained by adding mineral water to a stock solution prepared by blending UME vinegar with sodium citrate, sugar, edible vinegar and an alcohol. The components of this stock solution are preferably composed of 74-83 pts.wt. UME vinegar, 0.2-1 pt.wt. sodium citrate, 10-14 pts.wt. sugar, 5-7 pts.wt. edible vinegar and 0.5-2 pts.wt. alcohol.
