IMAGE REJECTION MIXER

PURPOSE:To realize a small-sized image rejection mixer for down converter used in a receiver of a radio communication machine or the like. CONSTITUTION:An RF signal is distributed to an in-phase 2 distributor 1 and is inputted to two mixer circuits 22 and 23. Two pairs of resistances 10 and capacities 11 having the IF frequency as the cut-off frequency are connected in series to the outputs of mixer circuits 22 and 23, and these resistances and capacities are connected there in opposite orders. Load resistances 12 corresponding to output impedances are connected to connection points between resistances and capacities connected in series, and IF output terminals of IF outputs where an image signal is suppressed are led out, thus constituting the image rejection mixer. A harmonic mixer is used as this mixer and distributors of the RF signal and the local signal consist of parallel coupled lines to miniaturize the constitution furthermore.
