Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform the automatic shredding of a sheet made into an electronic file. CONSTITUTION:An image reader 10 reads the recording content of the sheet as an image, and supplies image data to a control circuit 18. The control circuit 18 records the image data on a recorder 24 corresponding to the recording instruction of a recording switch 28. The control circuit 18 switches a carrying switching device 16 to the side of a shredder 12 corresponding to the instruction of shredding of a carry change-over switch 30. Thereby, the sheet for which the image is read by the image reader 10 is supplied to the shredder 12, then it is shredded.
