Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain good display quality as to such display as scroll in which a display screen is changed at any time by preventing time difference between dots adjourning each other from occurring when the transmission rate of display data is required to be slow. CONSTITUTION:Frame memories 2a and 2b are respectively provided on a transmitting side for transmitting the display data and a receiving side, and the display data is read out and is transmitted from the frame memory 2a on the transmitting side at a low speed after the display data of one frame are stored in the frame memory 2 on the transmitting side, then the display data are written in the frame memory 2b on the receiving side. The display data are read out from the frame memory 2b on the receiving side in a state where the specification of the frame frequency of a display device, etc., are satisfied, and displayed.
