Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner able to obtain a high quality color toner picture even in every environment. CONSTITUTION:In an electrostatic charge image developing toner having at least resin particles containing a cololant and an additive, the resin particles containing the colorant has 5-10mum wt. average particle diameter (D4), and the additive contains an anatase type titanium dioxide fine powder having 0.01-0.2mum wt. average particle diameter, 20-98% hydrophobicity and >=40% light transmittance at 400nm wavelength.
