Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To miniaturize a synchrotron. CONSTITUTION:A rotatable gantry 25 is set up centering around the position of an object 26 to be irradiated, and a driving part 33 for driving the gantry 25 is set up in the lower part of the gantry 25. A ring-shaped synchrotron proper 7 is set up rotatably in one in the gantry 25. An emitting part 21 for emitting a charged particle on the object 26 is set up in the synchrotron proper 7. The part 21 is connected to the synchrotron proper 7 with the part 21 to the center axis of the gantry 25. The synchrotron 30 is set up in a treatment room 22. The whole circumference zone of the room 22 is covered with a radiation shielding wall 15. The synchrotron proper 7 can be miniaturized and the space for setting up the synchrotron can be made small, because the synchrotron proper 7 and the gantry 25 are set up in one.
