RESIN MOLDING DIE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent Occurrence of a burr and a flow mark by preventing deflection of a fixed-side template and also by keeping a manifold at a uniform temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a hot-runner resin molding die device constructed by disposing a manifold 2 having a heating means 6 incorporated, between a fixed-side die plate 1 and a fixed-side template 3, heat-insulating plates 5 covering almost the whole contact surfaces of the manifold 2 with the fixed-side die plate 1 and the fixed-side template 3 are interposed on these surfaces and almost the whole of both the upper and lower surfaces of the manifold 2 is brought into contact with the fixed-side die plate 1 and the fixed-side template 3, without leaving a gap virtually, with the heat-insulating plates 5 interposed. By preventing deflection of the fixed-side template 3 thereby, occurrence of a burr is eliminated, and by making uniform propagation of heat from the manifold 2 to the fixed-side die plate l and the fixed-side template 3, occurrence of a flow mark is prevented.
