AUTOMATIC TABLEWARE SCREENING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain the automatic tableware screening device which has high handling capacity and is low in cost. CONSTITUTION:This device has a belt conveyor which accepts washed tableware, an aligning device 100 which has guide bars installed diagonally over this belt conveyor and lines up the accepted tableware in one row, an accelerating device 101 which has the transportation speed higher than the transportation speed of the belt conveyor of the aligning device 100 and expands the spacing between respective pieces of the tableware, an identifying device 102 which detects the sizes and heights in the moving directions of respective pieces of the tableware and outputs the detected data to a controller, and a sorting device 103 which has a belt conveyor connected to this identifying device 102, a tableware ejection mechanism provided along the belt conveyor and tableware cages. The tableware of prescribed size is ejected to the corresponding tableware cage by the instruction of the controller in the sorting device 103.
