Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent relay contacts from being deposited. CONSTITUTION:A device is equipped with a normal time lighting inverter 4 actuated by the rectified and smoothed direct current of a power supply an emergency lighting inverter 10 actuated by a battery 9 as a power supply connected to a charging circuit, a relay 18 which switches the connection of the battery 9 from the charging circuit to the emergency lighting inverter circuit, and also switches a fluorescent lamp 6 from the normal time lighting inverter circuit to the emergency lighting inverter circuit, and is also equipped with a switch-over circuit which shakes relay contacts 5a, 5b and 5c. And the switch- over circuit is also provided with a delay circuit. The device allows the connection of the lamp to be switched to the emergency lighting inverter after the excitation of the normal time lighting inverter has been suspended, or output voltage has been stepped down.
