Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make thermally poor-conductive material effectively generate heat through a microwave by a method wherein such a composition of the heating material that the ratio of the content of a transition metal oxide to carbon black is more than 5wt.% is provided. CONSTITUTION:Metal composite carbon black where fine grains of carbon black and transition metal oxide are fused and bonded together is composed at such a content of transition metal oxide to carbon black as more than 5wt.%. That is, in such a manufacturing process of furnace carbon black in which hydrocarbon stock oil is converted to carbon black through thermal decomposition by injecting it into a high temperature gas flowing inside a cylindrical furnace, a compound of transition metal is led into the furnace in such a state as it is dissolved or suspended in hydrocarbon stock oil; or the compound of transition metal is dissolved in an appropriate organic solvent and injected into the furnace from a lead-in position other than that of the hydrocarbon stock oil. In this case, various types of inorganic salts including at least one or more kinds of metal selected from Fe, Co, and Ni as a composed of transition metal are used.
