Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To raise constructibility of heat-insulating panels by a method in which a step difference is provided to form spaces between an expanded heat- insulating layer consisting of studs, rods, and a moisture-proofing material covering the outsides of the rods, the surface of the heat-insulating layer, and the tops of the studs. CONSTITUTION:Rods 3 are sidewardly fixed to studs 1 and sub-columns 2 to make up a panel frame, and a moisture-proof laminate paper 4 is placed on the outside of the rods 3. A rigid polyurethane foam raw liquid is sprayed onto the paper 4 to form an expanded heat insulator 5 of a density of 20-40kg/cm . The paper 4, the rods 3, and the columns 1 and 2 are integrally fixed by the self-bonding force of the heat insulator 5. Both ends 41 and 42 of the paper 4 projected toward the widthwise direction of the heat-insulating panel are fixed to the column 8 by staples 9, a siding board 10 is set on the outside of the columns 8, and a space 11 for ventilating air is formed between the board 10 and the heat insulator 5 to form a panel structure having time space 11 on the board 10 side. The constructibility of the heat-insulating panels can be raised because the heat insulator 5 can be housed without spacing between the columns 8. |
