Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a new compound which is useful as a medicine because it has action to inhibit bone absorption, inflammation and rheumatism. CONSTITUTION:A compound of formula I [A is a cyclic group which may be substituted; R is H, lower alkanoyl; R to R are H, lower alkyl; n is 2 to 10], for example, 4-phenoxybutylaminoethylene-bisphosphonic acid tetraethyl ester. The compound of formula I is obtained by reaction between an amine derivative of formula II, an orthoformic ester derivative of formula III(R is lower alkyl) and a phosphorous acid ester derivative of formula IV (R to R are lower alkyl), when desired, followed by acylation and/or hydrolysis of the product.
