Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the fatigue breakage of a key metal by providing an inter-flap connecting mechanism with a parallelopiped-shape key metal projectingly installed on the edge surface of one flap and a keyway formed on the edge surface of the other flap, and installing semicylindrical sleeves on the upper and lower surfaces of the key metal. CONSTITUTION:In a hydrofoil of hydrofoil craft, the basic edge parts of a plurality of flaps 2-4 are pivotally installed on the hydrofoil main body 1 by a hinge pin 8, and the flap 2 on the innermost side is turned by a link mechanism installed in a strut 10. As the inter-flap connecting mechanism of the hydrofoil, a key metal 7 having a parallelopiped shape is projectingly installed on one of the continuously opposed edge surfaces of respective flaps, and a pair of sleeves 5 each having a semicylindrical shape are installed in a slidable manner on the upper and lower surfaces of the key metal 7. Further, a keyway 6 in which the key metal 7 is fitted is formed on the other of the opposed edge surfaces, and a circular recessed part 6a into which the sleeve 5 can be fitted is formed in the keyway 6. Accordingly, the relative movement between the flaps can be absorbed, and the fatigue breakage of the key metal 7 can be prevented. |
