PNEUMATIC TIRE

PURPOSE:To reduce weight of tire while maintaining lateral rigidity by providing a fiber cord reinforced layer which incorporates a bead core and crosses a carcass layer at a specific cord angle carcass layer on the outside of rubber layer having JIS-A hardness 70 to 95 and arranging another fiber cord reinforced layer this fiber cord reinforced layer. CONSTITUTION:A rubber layer 5 having JIS-A hardness 70 to 95 which is adjacent to the outside of a carcass layer 3 is provided in the region from a bead section 30 to a side wall section 20. A fiber cord reinforced layer 6 which incorporates a bead core 4 and crosses at cord angle of 30 deg. to 50 deg. for the carcass layer 3 is provided on the outside of the rubber layer 5. Another fiber cord reinforced layer 7 which crosses the fiber cord reinforced layer 6 is provided in the outside of the reinforced layer 6 in such a way that the reinforced layer 7 covers the whole rubber layer 5. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the weight of tire and maintain lateral rigidity sufficiently.
