DEVICE FOR SEPARATION PRODUCT IN PRECISION CASTING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To shorten the separating time of products and runner parts by horizontally moving a laying table laying a casting mold and applying the vibration to the casting mold. CONSTITUTION:A forming material having the same shape as the product is formed and these forming materials are assembled in tree-state and also coating is applied. Then the forming materials are replaced into metal to cast the products. At this time, the runner parts 10b as the passage of molten metal poured from a sprue part 10a in the mold 10 and the products are separated. In a product separating device of the precision casting equipment, the mold 10 is laid on a laying table 9 and the laying table 9 is horizontally moved by moving mechanism (a hydraulic cylinder) 15 and the vibration is applied to the mold 10 on the laying table 9 by vibrating mechanism (an air hammer) 22. By this method, the products and runner parts can smoothly and surely be separated.
