CONSTITUTION:A headrest 12 provided on the upper end of a seat back 14 is divided into two parts which are a half upper portion 12a supporting the head portion of a man seated and a half under portion 12b supporting the neck portion. An arm plate 16 on the half upper portion side is attached so as to be oscillated back and forth with respect to a base bracket 18 of the half under portion side.
