Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a new plasmid useful for producing antiallergic chimeral protein. CONSTITUTION:The objective plasmid comprising (I) the first DNA domain composed of (A) a DNA sequence coding antiallergic chimeral protein having an amino acid sequence of the formula, (B) a second DNA sequence having promoter function and (C) a third DNA sequence coding signal peptide and (II) the second DNA domain composed of (D) a fourth DNA sequence imparting host cells with extracellular secretion-promoting activity and (E) a fifth DNA sequence having promoter function; e.g. plasmid pEG2. This plasmid pEG2 can be obtained by introducing (1) a DNA fragment obtained by linking a chemically synthesized human IgEFc domain gene to cloned IgGFc domain gene into (2) a plasmid having (a) appropriate promoter domain-signal peptide domain- IgGFc domain, (b) Ex promoter domain derived from antialkaline bacillus No.170 strain and (c) Kil gene derived from pMB9 plasmid.
