PICTURE FETCH DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a picture fetch device fetching video data of a pattern whose recording is desired and fetching sequentially video data of a consecutive pattern for a short period. CONSTITUTION:Input video data DSv from an A/D converter 23 are fed to frame memories 27a-27h via switches 24,25. The data DSv are fetched automatically or in a timing of key entry to each memory. The data DSv are read from each memory at recording and recorded by DAT 200. The reproduction data DSv from the DAT 200 at reproduction are fed to each memory via the switches 24,25 and fetched sequentially. The data DSv of a pattern consecutive for a short period are fetched to each memory and recorded by the DAT. Furthermore, when a pattern desired of recording appears sequentially during monitoring of an input picture, the data DSv of the pattern are fetched and surely fetched by key entry and recorded by the DAT.
