DIELECTRIC FILTER

PURPOSE:To make the size small and to reduce the cost by forming a conductor film chip connecting to each inner conductor so as to form capacitance coupling between inner conductors arranged side by side and forming a linear conductor film for setting a characteristic along the arrangement direction of an opening of a throughhole. CONSTITUTION:Circular throughholes 4A-4C are formed to a dielectric block 2 in the direction Z and inner conductors 6A-6C made of a conductor film are formed to the inner face of the throughholes. Furthermore, an outer conductor 8 is formed by the conductor film to four side faces of the block 2. Thus, the inner conductors 6A-6C and the outer conductor 8 are short-circuited. On the other hand, Conductor film chips 12A, 12B, 12B' and 12C connecting respectively to the inner conductors 6A-6C are formed to an upper face of the block 2 to realize the capacitance coupling between the inner conductors 6A, 6B. Moreover, a linear conductor film 14 for setting a characteristic is formed to the upper side of the block 2 along the direction X.
