Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a plane-shaped heater strong against a mechanical shock having a sensor excellent in thermal responsiveness and detecting ability by forming a heater element of holding a heating unit between heat resistant electric insulation plates and a specific temperature sensor partly in one side of this heater element. CONSTITUTION:A heating unit is inserted integrally between heat resistant electric insulation plates, consisting of mica powder, aggregate and an inorganic binder, to obtain a plane-shaped heater element 7. A temperature sensor 4 is formed by successively laminating an insulating layer of glass quality and a platinum thin film partly on one side of the element 7. A terminal part 2a of the element 7 and an output terminal 3 are inserted through a takeout hole 8a of an insulator 8, and it is aligned to a through hole 6a to combine a reflecting plate 6 and to store the element 7 in a stepped part 6c. An annular fixing plate 9 reversely formed with a riseup edge 9a is covered to refasten the edge 9a to the inside by a press and to hold an engaging flange 6b clamped. Accordingly, the element 7 is strengthened against a shock of dropdown or the like without generating a chip.
