Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To register a large number of words as the field information and to instantaneously ensure the automatic deciding effect of the fields by storing the descriptions of words and the information on the fields where these words belong with correspondence secured between them and then outputting the words with preference after deciding the corresponding fields in accordance with the inputted KANA (Japanese syllabary) character strings. CONSTITUTION:When a field decision/selection key is inputted, a selection display state is secured for the selection of the deciding (reflecting) timing of the field that is automatically decided by the KANA/KANJI(Chinese character) conversion (b). The selection display state is changed to the 'KANA/KANJI conversion operation start time' (c), and a 'selection' state is inputted with a key. Then the Japanese reading of the KANJI is inputted with the HIRAGANA (cursive forme of Japanese syllabary), and the reading input of the KANA/KANJI conversion is displayed (d). When a conversion key is inputted, a character string candidate that undergone the KANA/KANJI conversion is displayed (e). The doctor words having the medical field information are included in the KANA/KANJI conversion candidates. Therefore the medical field is automatically set for conversion and the 'doctor' having the medical field information is first shown. Then other conversion candidates are displayed in the order of word frequency.
