Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To reduce operation trouble by simplifying structures of a main valve and a pilot control valve and lessening movable elements for relative movement. CONSTITUTION: A ring-shaped valve plate 10 has a tooth-shaped inner profile. Tooth-shaped recesses 33 reach an opening 8 to be covered. The valve plate 10 is positioned by a stroke limiter 17 having an axial segment 35. A free end surface 41 of the axial segment 35 of the stroke limiter is tooth-shaped. Further, tooth-shaped recesses 33' accept protrusions 43 of the valve plate 10, and on the other hand the tooth-shaped recesses 33 of the valve plate accept protrusions 43' of the stroke limiter 17 and are formed deeper than the tooth-shaped recesses 33' of the stroke limiter 17. Further, the protrusions 43' of the stroke limiter are positioned on bases of the recesses 33 of the valve plate 10.
