Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To improve dynamic performance when temperature is measured by using an inexpensive sensor exhibiting a delayed response for sensing temperature. CONSTITUTION: The method is a method for sensing the temperature of the air supplied to the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, particularly for the purpose of detecting air mass. The temperature is detected by an inexpensive temperature sensor 1 exhibiting a delayed response. A correction value for improving dynamic performance is applied to the measured value detected by the temperature sensor 1. The correction value is obtained by using a correcting element 4 having a transfer function that is the inverse or compensating transfer function of the temperature sensor 1.
