DEVICE FOR PREVENTING CONFINING OF KEY FOR CAR DOOR LOCKING

PURPOSE:To prevent a key from being confined in a car by making a keyless locking device of a door lock unworkable regardless of where the key is left behind in the car. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a key 1 is in a car, each of code signal reception circuits receive the code signals, and a circuit 5 for judging inside state of the car judges that the key 1 is left in the car. As a door switch 14 detects that a door D is open while a locking/unlocking control circuit detects that the door is in the state of locking, a circuit 11 for judging leaving-behind of a key judges the above-mentioned states, and makes the door lock unlocked. Therefore, there will be no mistake of locking the door D from the outside and confining the key 1 inside the car even though the key 1 is left behind in the car.
