CONTAINER FOR GLASS TRANSPORT

PURPOSE:To transport glass sheets with different dimensions and quantities while attaching a large quantity of glass sheets, without breaking them by equipping L-shape fixed frames, L-shape setup frames, corner holders which are attached to the L-shape setup frames, and right and left holders which are attached to the L-shape fixed frames. CONSTITUTION:When corner holders are under an unlocked condition, L-shaped setup frames 8 can be disassembled, and when right and left holders 28 are under an unlocked condition, L-shape fixed frames 4 are under an open condition in which glass sheets 1 with a maximum size can be placed. Under this condition, glass sheets 1 of an optional size with the same dimensions are placed by an optional quantity on the fixed frames 4 under a tightly joined standing condition. Then, setup frames 8 are set up between both ends of the fixed frames 4 in such a manner that the setup frames 8 surround a group of glass sheets 3. In addition, corner holders on the setup frames 8 are positioned and locked under a condition in which the corner holders are in contact with the corners of the group of glass sheets 3, and the group of glass sheets 3 is attached to a container 2 by locking right and left holders 28 under a condition in which the right and left holders 28 are brought into contact with and positioned on the right and left surfaces of the group of glass sheets 3.
