ROLLER-TYPE CRUSHER AND CRUSHING PROCESS

PURPOSE:To provide a roller-type crusher capable of preventing a roller from swinging into an excess pendulum motion during crushing process and reducing oscillation and noise as well as a crushing technique. CONSTITUTION:Rollers are provided at a specified interval in a rotating direction on a crushing ring 1 which rotates on a horizontal surface in a housing, then each roller 2 is supported using a roller bracket 21 so that the roller 2 rotates, and the roller bracket 21 is pressed downward by a pressure frame 23 through connection parts 28a, 28b, 29a, 29b. Thus the roller 2 is pressed in contact with the surface of the crushing frame 23 and materials to be crushed are crushed. This roller-type crusher consists of the connection parts 28a, 28b, 29a, 29b of a screw structure so that if the roller 2 travels to an area outside the crushing ring 1, the roller 2 is caused to move in a direction where the ring 1 rotates, and if the roller 2 travels to an area inside the ring 1, the roller 2 is caused to move in a reverse direction to the rotating direction of the ring 1. Consequently, a power to return the roller 2 to a normal position is generated.
