SEBJECTIVE OPHTHALMOSCOPIC DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a subjective ophthalmoscopic system excellent in operability by facilitating the control of a target indicating device. CONSTITUTION:A target indicating device is provided on the side of a measuring head part 8 and constituted separately from a target indicating device 1 equipped with a plurality of targets. Since the measuring head part 8 selects a target on the basis of a light signal, the target indicating device 1 is moved without arranging a signal wire between the device 1 and the measuring head part 8 to indicate a target at a position arbitrarily separated from an examinee. The target indicating device 1 is held in a freely slidable manner along a shortsightedness rod 2 attached to the measuring head part 8 arranged before the eyes of the examinee. A measuring person can select the target to be indicated to the examinee in a sit-down state and, by outputting a position command signal from the measuring head part 8, the target indicating device 1 is automatically positioned at a predetermined distance from the examinee.
