METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ACTIVATING ACTUATOR USING ULTRASONIC VIBRATOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a device for measurement and control with a simple mechanism by forming a structure where a frequency of an alternate current can be replaced by the number of advances of a rack directly or the number of revolutions of a rotary machine. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 1a is in contact with teeth 2a of a rack in same ultrasonic vibrators 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d and teeth 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, and 2e of the same rack. The vibrator la is extended and presses the teeth 2a of the rack, thus enabling the teeth 2a of the rack to advance in left direction.1b and 2b indicate that the vibrator 1a was fully extended and the state of the teeth in that case. Furthermore, the vibrator 1c is fully contracted as shown in 1d. A position of the teeth of the rack in this case is shown by 2d. This cycle is performed continuously.
