MANUFACTURE OF ANTENNA FOR MOVING BODY COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE:To manufacture the antenna for a moving body communication with reduced manufacturing manhours. CONSTITUTION:By piercing a first metallic foil 1, an earth pattern layer 4 is manufactured. By superposing a second and a third metallic foils 2, 6 through a prepreg 5 on both faces of a first metallic foil 1, respectively for constituting the earth pattern layer 4 and laminating and forming them, a multilayer laminated plate 7 formed by laminating a second and a third metallic foils 2, 6 on both faces of the earth pattern layer 4 by insulating adhesive layers 12a, 12b is manufactured. By etching a second metallic foil 2 and a third metallic foil 6, respectively, a circuit pattern layer 10 and a patch antenna element layer 11 are formed. By piercing a first metallic foil 1, the earth pattern layer 4 can be formed without necessitating etching. Also, by laminating a second and a third metallic foils 2, 6 on the earth pattern layer 4, the multilayer laminated plate 7 can be formed from the earth pattern layer 4, and as for the manhour for forming, only once of manufacturing the multilayer laminated plate 7 is enough.
