Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent a warp deformation from being generated on a multilayer laminated plate. CONSTITUTION:By etching the first metallic foil 1 of a laminated plate 3 formed by laminating the first metallic foil 1 on one face, an earth pattern layer 4 is generated. By superposing a second and a third metallic foils 2, 6 through a prepreg 5 on both faces of the laminated plate 3, respectively and laminating and forming them, a multilayer laminated plate 7 formed by laminating each metallic foil 2, 6 by insulating adhesive layers 12a, 12b by the prepreg 5 is generated. By etching the second metallic foil 2, a circuit pattern layer 10 is formed and also, by etching the third metallic foil 6, a patch antenna element layer 11 is formed. The multilayer laminated plate 7 is formed by a layer constitution in which the insulating adhesive layers 12a, 12b by the prepreg 5 are laminated on both faces of the laminated plate 3, respectively, and even if there is the difference of an internal distortion between the laminated plate 3 and the insulating adhesive layers 12a, 12b, it is offset by the surface and the reverse side of the multilayer laminated plate 7 to be balanced. |
