MANUFACTURE OF ANTENNA FOR MOBILE OBJECT COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of peeling-off by preventing the deterioration of adhering force of an earth pattern layer and an insulating adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:By etching the first metallic foil of a laminated plate 3 formed by laminating a first and a second metallic foils 1, 2, an earth pattern layer 4 is formed. By superposing a third metallic foil 6 through a prepreg 5 on the earth pattern layer 4 and laminating and forming them, a multilayer laminated plate 7 formed by laminating a third metallic foil 6 by an insulating adhesive layer 12 is formed. By piercing, a via hole 8 extending from a second metallic foil 2 to an earth pattern layer 4 is provided and thereafter, by plating, a plating layer 9 is provided on the inner periphery of the via hole 8. By etching a second and a third metallic foils 2, 6, a circuit pattern layer 10 and a patch antenna element layer 11 are formed. Since a third metallic foil 6 is laminated on the earth pattern layer 4 in a process before executing plating to the via hole 8, it does not occur that a plating liquid works on a first metallic foil for forming the earth pattern layer 4.
