HOLE SHAPE MEASURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To enable accurate measurement of bending even in all available directions of holes. CONSTITUTION:A mobile cylinder 4 is inserted internally into a hole insertion pipe 2 made of a flexible tube at a fixed interval. A ball 3 is mounted into the mobile cylinder 4, a fulcrum ball support shaft 5 is projected from one side of the fulcrum ball 3 so as to stick out from an open part 4b provided on a side wall 4a of the mobile cylinder 4 and then, the rear end thereof is fastened to the side wall 4a on the front of the mobile cylinder 4 following it. Moreover, a roller 6 for vertical detection is press-contacted on the top surface of the fulcrum ball 3, a roller 7 for twisting detection on the underside thereof and a roller 8 for lateral detection on the front thereof are press- contacted to detected rotation values thereof with rotary encoders 9, 9 and 9 separately. Detection values are transferred to an analyzer thereby enabling the measurement of bending of holes.
