Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide reflow treatment for tinned steel plates for preventing the generation of a quench stain. CONSTITUTION:Three nozzles 1a for spraying cooling water on the face of a moving steel strip and three nozzles 1b for spraying cooling water on the rear are stationarily installed in the width direction of the steel strip. The flow rates of cooling water sprayed from the six nozzles 1a, 1b each are controllable and are controlled according to the temp. distribution in the width direction of the steel strip individually.
