Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a high thermal conductive laminate having high thermal conductivity and a sheet manufactured by using the laminate. CONSTITUTION:This laminate is manufactured by laminating sheets prepared by impregnating or covering cloth woven by metallic fibers or cloth woven while using fibers abounding in resiliency as warp and metallic wires as weft with a thermo-setting resin having a thermal deformation temperature within a range from -130 deg.C to 130 deg.C. A heat-dissipating sheet can be manufactured by cutting the high thermal conductive laminate so that the metallic wires are crossed at right angles with the plane of the sheet. Insulating sheets having excellent thermal conductivity can also be stuck on both surfaces of the heat- dissipating sheet.
