ANNULAR OBJECT TO BE PACKAGED AND PACKAGING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To package an annular object of which the surface at the inner peripheral part requires protection tightly so that an approximately sealed condition is provided. CONSTITUTION:The inner diameter part 3 of an annular object to be packaged 2 is covered using a non-shrinkable packaging material 1, and a hot-melt adhesive 4 is applied on the surface. The outer periphery of the annular object to be packaged is wrapped by a shrinkable packaging material 6. The shrinkable packaging material 6 is shrunk by heating, and at the same time, the hot-melt adhesive 4 is molten. A sleeve port 10 of an intermediate packaging substance 12 is folded into the inner diameter part 3, and is adhered to the non-shrinkable packaging material 1 by the hot-melt adhesive 4. Therefore, the packaging process is simple, and the automation of the packaging for the annular object 2 can be easily performed. Foreign objects such as dust and dirt, etc., from the outside can be prevented from entering. It is a tight packaging configuration for which a packaging material is closely joined to an object to be packaged (annular body), and the shape of the object to be packaged can be decided by the appearance, and it is preferable as a commodity because of the appearance.
