Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide manufacturing method, in which a recap is formed by pasting unvulcanized tread rubber under continuous state, which is extruded from an extruding machine, onto a mounting tire. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing method of the recap concerned is performed under the condition that the value of Mooney viscosity ML1+4 of the rubber, which is fed to an extruding machine, is 35-70 and the temperature of the surface, onto which unvulcanized tread rubber extruded from the extruding machine is pasted, is set to be 50 deg.C-90 deg.C just before the pasting of the tread rubber to the restored crown part of a mounting tire.
