OPHTHALMIC DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide the fluorescent observing and photographing method for the vitreous body of the eye to be examined which can make distinct fluorescent photographing in the vitreous body without receiving the influence of the light reflected from the eyeground and the ophthalmic device for this method. CONSTITUTION:The fluorescent stimulating light from an illuminating optical system 3 provided with an illuminating optical axis O inclined with the optical axis O of the eye is cast via the vitreous body G toward the eyeground Ef at the time of fluorescent photographing, by which the fluorescent stimulating light is absorbed in the fluorescent agent leaking from the blood vessel of the eyeground in the part near the eyeground Ef of the vitreous body G and fluorescence is emitted from the fluorescent agent. The fluorescence in the vitreous body G is observed and photographed via an observing and photographing system 4 having a prescribed angle with the illuminating optical axis O.
