Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To avoid a parallax between a remote observer and a mobile observer by arranging an image pickup device to a position symmetrical to a transparent head mount image pickup display device with a half mirror device in-between in the display device. CONSTITUTION:An image pickup device 2-1 is arranged toward a display device 1-2 at a position symmetrical to the display device 2-1 with a half mirror 1-1 in-between. Thus, the device 2-1 picks up a sum of a mirror image of an external video image reflected in the mirror 1-1 and the displayed video image. In this case, the relative relation of the position between the mirror image of the external video image and the displayed video image is entirely the same as the video image observed by a pupil 1-7 and the device 2-1 picks up the mirror image of the video image observed by the pupil 1-7. Thus, in the case of remove common supervision, a mobile observer and a stationary observer observe the entirely same video image, the accuracy of the command is improved and the job is implemented efficiently.
