Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To form the optical disk which does not corrode and pit in spite of long-term preservation by spin coating the disk with a UV curing coating material having a specific value or above of a viscosity at 25 deg.C and prescribed dyne/m or below of surface tension and curing the coating, thereby forming a UV curing resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A coated amt. increases with an increase in viscosity to some viscosity when the viscosity of the UV curing coating material is successively increased, but repelling is generated by the surface tension when the viscosity exceeds some value. Such troubles that unequal coating is generated and just the UV curing resin layer of an extremely small film thickness is formed are generated. The viscosity at which this repelling begins to arise is required to be set at >=1.0Ps in order to form the UV curing resin layer of, for example, 10mum film thickness.
