Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To manage the maintenance and prevention data of construction members for a building and to attain the saving and efficiency of maintenance managing work. CONSTITUTION:This supporting system is provided with a data processor 2 having a building register managing means 5 for registering and managing member information, a construction/maintenance history managing means 6 for registering and managing history information at the time of executing the construction/maintenance of construction members, a maintenance/schedule managing means 7 for registering and managing maintenance/schedule, and a remaining life display means 8 for displaying the remaining life of respective construction members based upon their life, a storage device 3 for storing building managing data and an output device 4 for outputting an input menu and processing data. The means 5, 6 register and manage construction register drawings displaying the divided positions of a building and history drawings displaying the history of construction/maintenance on the construction register drawings.
