Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a method of recovering radiation shielding member from a radiation shielding body after absorbing radiation for recycling. CONSTITUTION:After applying radiation to a radiation shielding body formed of water-absorptive resin water-swollen gel and boron carbide, an aqueous solution of NaCl is added therein. The radiation shielding member is recovered by separatively removing radiation-contaminated water from the radiation shielding body.
