Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To ease the sudden contraction and enlargement of a coolant passage so as to reduce local pressure loss and contribute to the improvement of limit output. CONSTITUTION:A tubular ferrule 12 is provided at its upper end part with four cut pieces 21 discretely across the circumferential direction, and point- welded to an adjacent tubular ferrule 12 at the weld part 23 of the cut-out flat side. A protrusion 13a protruding inward is formed at the lower part of a cut side 21, and a cutout part 15 and a claw part 16 are formed at the side face.
